Our own Enrichment night!

In my ward we dont seem to have the fun enrichment nights where we make the "utah crafts" I know many make fun but I am sad we dont have them! I know, I know I have been called "country" even though I am not and yes I do know I have a rooster in my kitchen but I promise I am not but I do like these cute crafty things for Holidays..... so my friends from my neighborhood got together and had our own enrichment night and made these CUTE christmas crafts! We had so much fun and I LOVE mine I cant wait for christmas now!

Happy Halloween!

I know I have been such a slacker at blogging -- I have been meaning to try and blog "something" Soon! Well with Halloween coming up I wanted to decorate my front porch-- With help from my neighbor and BF #1( I cant tie cute bows!) I made a ffront porch I am proud of! The pics are sad cause I took them with my phone(I need to charge my camera!)but here you go -- I love Halloween-- I dont decorate for many holidays but Halloween is one of them!.... I cant wait for Christmas

Our Family

Since the whole children thig isnt working out too well for Rob and I we decided to add to our family in another way-- This one has been way less expensive and really fun! Most of you who live close by know cause we have had her for 2+ months now but we got a dog!Her name is vesper and she is a German Shepherd. Seeing as I am just posting this now reminds me of how I need to do a Summer of '09 post and talk about all the fun we've had this summer but we went up in the canyons with Rob's family and got this "new" family picture taken and I wanted to share. Do not mind the Hams in the picture you may mistake for my arms-- (I am also realizing I need to work out a bit more :()

I Heart Coupons

 

My amazing friend Leslie always makes me feel like a sub-par shopper when I see all the GREAT deals she gets from couponing! So this morning she called me to go on a shopping spree and teach me her ways..... Now you are probably wondering how much I paid for the groceries pictured above and the question you should be asking is how much did Albertson's PAY ME to take these groceries off their hands?! Yes, that is right, sweet old Albies paid me 10 bones to take these off their hands! I think its safe to say I will be couponing all the time now! Thanks Les for teaching me your ways!!

I love my girlfriends! Really love them! Tonight we got together to celebrate Paige's birthday. We had fondue (way too much fondue) and mocktails. We chatted and laughed.. and laughed.. and laughed!! Bella's trip to The Aquarium

This was a while ago but I was on a blogging hiatus so I never posted about it but I was looking through my pictures and I wanted to have this in my blog to remember. Back about a week before Maddie was born Alex brought Bella into The Aquarium so we could show her all the turtles,snakes,lizards and FISH! Bella is a little girl who LOVES animals she always wants to go outside and look for "bichos" (bugs in spanish) so I thought she'd love to come in and get a hands on expierence at The Aquarium.





One thing that I think is so funny is Bella is in love with the movie Tinkerbell. There is a part on it where there is a mouse and Alex always says "EWW" so now everytime Bella sees a mouse on tv she yells out, "look at the Ewws" so every time she comes into the Aquarium she has to go see "the Eww's" AKA the feeder mice for all the snakes and stuff-- There were no pics taken of that cause it takes a lot to get me to even walk into that room let alone pose for a picture.
